Director General of Government Accounting of the Ministry of Finance from July 2019 to date, he holds a Bachelor of Public Accounts from the Polytechnic University of El Salvador, authorized by the Supervisory Council of the Profession of Public Accounts and Audit, has various professional certifications; certification in Private Public Associations, certification in Project Development Management of the PM4R Program (Project Management for Results) of the Inter-American Development Bank Certification Program (IDB) and a certification in Leadership in Development Project Management (PML) of the Cerer ProgramPM4R of the IDB.

He is also the managing director of the National Property Management Council. He held the position of Institutional Financial Manager in the Ministry of Public Works, Transport and Housing and Urban Development from February 2012 to June 2019, among other public officials.

Its technical training in the Conceptual Module of the Subsystem of Government Accounting Subsystem Applied to IASS 11,12,16,17,21,27,31 and 32, is highlighted at the International Development Agency (AID), Ministry of Finance in May 2016, and in the preparation and evaluation of International Cooperation Projects in the Spanish Official Chamber of Commerce and Industry of El Salvador in July 2014.
