Public Accountant of the Argentine Catholic University. Joined the General Accounting Department on September 13, 1983, and became the General Accountant since January 21, 2004. He specialized in Government Accounting, and is a tenured lecturer in Master´s and Postgraduates for National Universities.
He´s a Former Professor of the Distance Learning Centre for Economic and Technological Development (CEDDET) - Madrid.
He held the presidency of the Association of General Accountants of the Argentine Republic and positions in the Professional Council in Economic Sciences of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, The Public Budget Argentine Association and the Public Financial Management, among other organizations linked to the profession. He has been the author of several works and an exhibitor in the country and abroad.
